The Ice-Cow can be found along the icy coastal shores of the Frosted Lands. The Ice-Cow is noticeable by its massive bulk and long tusks.
The average adult can weight up to 6,00lbs which doesn’t allow the animal to move very fast. As a result from its weight the Sea Cow spends most of its days sunning on the shores feeding on fish that swim into the shallow waters nearby.
A fairly stupid creature, the Wemii stands about one foot tall and can be found in coniferous forest areas where they make their homes in tree holes or abandoned animal nests. Wemiis spend most of its day wandering the forests floors at a fast pace while always looking in an upward direction. This behavior ultimately results in many collisions with other objects and creatures in the area. It can also be heard coming from afar due to a high shriek that it constantly sounds as a result of a small windpipe while breathing. Wemmis feed mostly on leaves and small bugs and are often made meals by larger carnivores because it is fairly simple to catch.
The Brazza is a creature who can be found living in some of the sparse yet large trees found throughout grassland areas on the Topworld. They are most commonly identified by their blueish snouts and grey beard-like chin fur. The Brazza stand about 3 to 4 feet tall and have been known to walk upright as well as on all fours, depending on the movements that it intends to make. They are excellent climbers and can leap large distances without much effort.
The Brazza is often referred to as the “Ant Gods” due to the fact that they use low toned billowing calls to summon and control colonies of ant species to aid in their various projects or defense. The Brazza’s call is low enough to reach far underground where ants dwell and can be heard by the insects in a 2 mile radius.
These vicious carnivorous pack feeders can totally consume a large animal in a matter of minutes. Ranahs are extremely aggressive, but usually eat smaller animals than itself such as insects or smaller fish. However, if given the opportunity when traveling in greater numbers, Ranahs will attack anything that stands in water regardless of size.
Ranahs can be found in many different fresh-water areas of Top World and have been imported to other parts of Grossland as well. If the Sun is shining right, one can see a large pack of these predators coming in a fast paced sparkling reflection off their scales in the water.
These small aquatic creatures are often mistaken as friendly and playful due to their large poison glands at its sides which resemble big “puppy-dog” eyes. It is not advisable to approach a Skiddle as their poison can kill a medium sized creature within a few hours. Skiddles do not attack unless approached unless the animal is smaller in size. Skiddles feed on a mainly shellfish diet, but have been known to eat red meat if it is available.
The Signing Serpent’s are a rare but interesting sight to come across on an ocean voyage. They are not extremely confrontational or dangerous, but can cause a ship to sink if you get in its way. The Singing Serpent was given its name for obvious reasons, it is always practicing its songs and show-tunes while traveling about the great waters. If you come across one of these creatures, it is advised that you grant it a small if even brief audience for two reasons. One, it is a rare experience to see one of these animals in action, and two, you really do not want to insult these giant beasts as they can crush the hull of a ship with little effort or second thought. A small pest that can be found in many areas of Top World. Cyhoppers are onivours that feed of vegitation and mostly dead animals. These bugs are only dangerous in giant swarms.
The Skarwarble is a relitivly dumb beast commonly used as a mode of transportation on the Top World. They are easily caught, and do not try to escape very often. Skarwarbles are extremely strong with the ability to carry 4 times it’s own weight, although they do require a massive amount of food and water to survive. This need of large amounts of food leave the Skarwarble most commonly used for short distance travel, but if one needs and can afford to feed the animal, it is a perfect traveling companion for long distance adventures.
The Pipoclaw uses its sissor-like spinning hands to cut down trees and foliage as it moves through forests. It usually lives in hollowed trees and feeds off the debris that is in the air as a product of it cutting through vegitation. The Pipoclaw also uses its claws as a defense mechinism, but it does not have a wide range of control as to where the blades can aim, which are usually confines strait outward position (They can be raised and lowered).
The Octoninnys are large oceanic creatures who live primarily in the lower depths of the Great Seas. These mollusks range from ten to thirty-five feet tall with tentacles stretching up to a fifty foot reach. An Octoninny has eight flexible arms, which trail behind it as it swims. Octoninnys have no internal or external skeleton, allowing them to squeeze through tight places. An Octoninny has two large hard teeth at the center point of the arms. (more…)
The Foofs are rabbit-like creatures indigenous to the forest areas of Topworld. These animals are simple herbivores, who feed on wild vegetables and foliage. Foofs only pose a problem when nesting on farmlands, where they can reproduce in mass numbers and destroy whole crops if not contained in time. (more…)
The Evil Mouse Hoard dwells deep within the walls of Castle Barnaby. This castle ies high atop Mount Barnaby. The Evil Mouse Hoard lives together in small numbers but great strength. They are led by a ruthless leader who goes by the name of King Colby. (more…)
The Dimples are a peaceful race of creatures that live deep under the protective roots of an enormous tree named respectively “The Dimple Tree”.
The Ugi-Guard is the sole protector to the Kingdom of Ug. They are natives to the land and serve their king Ugifoo with the utmost loyalty and admiration. Since the kingdom of Ug is a completely neutral kingdom, they have no use for weapons; instead the Ugi-Guards use poles with signs on the end of them to communicate their rule and order. Like the rest of the kingdom the Ugi-Guard are addicts for game shows which their leader serves out in endless supply. (more…)
The piddle planter is probably the most important and sought out flowers in the entire of Grossland. The fact that this flower only grows within the confines of the Garden of Angry Flowers makes acquiring the plant a very difficult goal to achieve. (more…)
The Nimphod can be a rather annoying creature. This species creates its home in stone and rocks nearby villages and in large numbers. Nimphods have no arm appendages only small non functioning wings in its place. Although these small wings are absolutely useless to the Nimphod, they usually spend a lot of their days trying to fly. The problem with them trying to fly is that it usually leads them to an unintentional suicide. (more…)
Standing an average of only 3 feet tall, the Litken walks on two feet and is hunched from a severely curved spine. Its skin is a pale milky hue and its eyes are very sensitive to light. Because of this handicap to light, the Litken is known to come out only during nights or cloudy days. (more…)
The army lead by Emperor Barnaby is comprised of warrior creatures known as the Inchmen. These Inchmen were created by an unknown force that is sympathetic to Barnaby’s cause for world domination. The armies of Inchmen are in great numbers and constantly increasing. Once again it is unknown as to how these creatures are created or by whom. (more…)
The Old Garden
The Eye Flower is one of the known species of plants that dwell in the Garden of Angry Flowers. The Eye Flower is most recognizable by its many vines which flower buds that act as visual devices. The flower uses these “eyes” to see almost everything within its view through a full 360 degree area. This absolute view of its surroundings is what keeps the Eye Flower so well fed, and one of the largest plants in the garden. The Race of Elion originates deep within the icy mountains of the Frosted Lands. The Elion’s most noticeable traits are their enormous arms, giant mouth, and cold hard skin. The color of an Elieon’s skin can vary like the color of a human’s hair.The Elion’s are extremely intelligent creatures with only one drawback. Without the blessing of arms or extra appendages, the Dukabeasts must rely on a powerful jaw and strong legs to survive. Dukabeasts feed by using its powerful legs to run at great speeds devouring anything in its paths. These feeding rages are usually referred to as “blenders” due to the fact that anything in its path is shredded to pieces if not ingested. The Dukabeasts are known to eat almost anything and everything it can when feeding. Many are bred and used in garbage landfills to keep the lands clean.
Due to the extremely cold climate the Catsups take on a vast variety of white, blue, and purple hues giving them a natural camouflage in the icy terrain in which they live. The Catsup are an extremely territorial group who do not like any strangers on their lands. The only creatures overlooked by the Collective when entering their territory are the Elions. This is due to the fact that the Catsups know the Elions poses no threat and the felines have an extreme respect for the creature and its works. (more…)
Yet another beautiful but deadly addition to the Garden of Angry Flowers. The Bugglecrunketal is a rare species only found in the Garden of Angry Flowers. This particular flower isn’t very dangerous unless provoked. The Bugglecrunketal is extremely grumpy and when forced it can release exceptionally potent pollen which is poisonous to most species of animals.
