Haids is Sol’s brother and greatest ally.  Haids was also the runner up to the position of Chairman of the Board before Sol was declared for the position. Sol made it his first duty to appoint Haids as his President and board member.

Haids is one of the most ruthless creatures one could ever encounter. Besides his closest allies, Haids has no compassion for any other life making him the perfect candidate to deal with the companies most difficult problems. This is one of the main reasons that Haids is so prized by Sol.

Besides governing Hovacorp, Haids also heads up the military division of Hovacorp known as Illuminet. This branch holds the Armed Forces, Elite Forces, and the Space Police.

Haids spends most of his spare time touring the many plants and locations where Hovacorp is having the most difficult problems with any number of circumstances. Among his employees, Haids has become known as “The Problem Solver”
